Deputy Chief of Mission Arlene Ferrill celebrated the expansion of an already successful American business, Opportunity Bank, attending the opening of the Bank's newest branch in Cetinje along with Cetinje Mayor Milovan Janković and Bank CEO Mark Crawford. Opportunity Bank was the first major American investment in Montenegro and remains a pillar of our two countries' on-going partnership in the private sector.
