Susan L'Ecuyer gives a lecture at the American Corner Podgorica

General Services Officer Susan L'Ecuyer gave a lecture at the American Corner on government employment in the USA, and the development of the entire civil service.

This is one of the series of lectures that U.S. Embassy officers are holding at the American Corner in Podgorica on the U.S. Government system.

Susan L’Ecuyer is General Services Officer at Embassy Podgorica. Prior to joining the State Department, L’Ecuyer worked for a music industry trade group for 12 years, where she rose to the rank of VP of Communications. Prior to that, she was an Economic Development Representative for the Kansas Wheat Commission. She is a 1990 graduate of Kansas State University, where she studied Journalism and History.
