The U.S. Government, represented by the American Embassy in Podgorica, Montenegro, will conduct a sale of surplus items by Auction on September 22. The surplus property to be sold includes residential and office furniture, household appliances, IT equipment, one vehicle and miscellaneous items. The property will be organized by lots that may be viewed at the Embassy Warehouse, located in street Vranjske njive bb (next to the PHILIPS SOTTOLACOLINA warehouse), on Friday, September 21, between 09:00 and 16:00 hours. Prospective purchasers must make their offers to purchase in public Auction on Saturday, September 22, at the Embassy Warehouse starting at 10:30. The winning bidders must pay for their purchase immediately upon completion of the Auction, and must remove their purchases from the warehouse immediately after paying or no later than 16:00 hours September 22.
The following rules apply:
- All customs duties are the responsibility of purchaser, and must be paid as assessed by the local Government.
- All items may be inspected before bidding, but are sold “as is” with no guarantee either written or implied.
- The US Government reserves the right to refuse any/all offers.
- Every lot will have a minimum start price. The vehicle must meet the minimum start price to be sold.
