Artist Exchange Project Opens in Ulcinj

On Tuesday, June 20, the NGO "Art Dulcignium" opened an exhibit titled "Montenegro in the Eyes of American Artists", in the gallery 'Tower of Balsic' in Ulcinj.
The exhibition was a part of an artist exchange project supported by American People through the U.S. Government. The colony is being organized from June 11 to June 25 in Ulcinj.
Artists are participating from the United States, Romania, Serbia, Kosovo, and Montenegro and displayed 35 works of art made during the exchange.
