Officer-in-Charge
USAID/Montenegro
Prior to serving as the USAID/Montenegro Officer-in-Charge, Ramsey Day served as the Chief of the Office of Public Liaison at the USAID headquarters in Washington from January of 2008 - January of 2009. Mr. Day also served as the Senior Advisor and Chief of Staff for the Europe and Eurasia Bureau (2007-2008), and as an International Cooperation Specialist for Balkan affairs (2005-2007) in the Office of European Country Affairs.
Before joining USAID, Mr. Day served as a Special Assistant to the Secretary of Labor. Prior to government service, Mr. Day worked for CNN and Turner Broadcasting Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia developing partnership marketing campaigns and in New York, New York managing the multi-media marketing efforts of Rainbow Media Inc.
Mr. Day is a native of Memphis, Tennessee and graduated from the University of Mississippi and studied abroad in Geneva, Switzerland.
