U.S. Helps Montenegrin Customs Fight Corruption

On July 8, 2005, U.S. Consulate Podgorica’s Principal Officer, Hoyt Yee, Director General of the Montenegrin Customs Administration Miodrag Radusinovic, and U.S. Customs Advisory Team Chief, Bill Smith, presented certificates of graduation to 20 Montenegrin Customs’ officers who received training on combating corruption in Podgorica. The “Integrity/Anti-Corruption” seminar was conducted in Podgorica under the U.S. SECI-TTFSE Project on September 14-16, 2004.
