At the American Corner in Podgorica on July 28, 2005, the Montenegrin NGOs “Montenegro-U.S. Center for Improvement of Relations between the Montenegrin and the American People” from Podgorica; “Montenegro-U.S. Friendship Association” from Cetinje, and “Montenegro-U.S. (Alaska) Friendship Association Road House” from Bijelo Polje, with support of the U.S. Consulate in Podgorica, established the Montenegrin - American Friendship Association.
