The U.S. Embassy in Podgorica offers its sincerest congratulations to Montenegro on being offered Intensified Dialogue with NATO at the Bucharest Summit. This development marks an important step forward in strengthening the relationship between Montenegro and the Alliance, in accelerating Montenegro's path toward full Euro-Atlantic integration, and in consolidating peace and stability in Southeast Europe.
