The Consular Section has a limited supply of IRS federal income tax forms, which you can request when you schedule your appointment. You can also download forms from IRS's excellent website. In the Consular Section, we do not have any forms to file state-level income taxes, but you can download state-level tax forms for all 50 states here.
We regret that we are not trained tax professionals and cannot assist taxpayers with tax advice and/or preparation of tax returns. For further information on these topics, please see the Internal Revenue Service's website.
