U.S. Improves Montenegro Judicial Reforms

U.S. Consulate Podgorica’s Principal Officer, Hoyt Yee, Minister of Justice, Zeljko Sturanovic, USAID Rule of Law Program Coordinator, Vesna Ratkovic, and USAID - Montenegro Judicial Reform Project (Checchi) Chief of Party, Robert Underwood, opened a roundtable on the Law on Civil Procedure and Execution of Civil Judgments in Podgorica on July 8, 2005. Montenegrin judges, prosecutors, and representatives of the Ministry of Justice involved in legal reforms participated in the round table.
