Lost or Stolen Passports

If your passport or passport card is lost or stolen, then you are advised to report the loss/theft to the nearest police station in Montenegro. In order to replace the passport, it will be necessary for you to appear personally at the Embassy. You should apply for a replacement passport as soon as possible after the loss or theft is discovered. We will immediately cancel the old passport in our computer systems and send out a notice worldwide to detain anyone who attempts to use the missing passport.

Please contact us by any means listed in the Key Information Box on the right to schedule an appointment.
