Major General Libby Visits Bijela Orphanage

The Maine National Guard Delegation, accompanied by Ambassador Moore and Embassy officers, visited Montenegro's only orphanage in Bijela on November 7. In addition to touring the orphanage and meeting many of the 170 children who live there, the American delegation donated a substantial quantity of sports, recreation, and educational supplies to the orphanage.
