U.S. Embassy Consular Officer Prepares Montenegro's Moot Court Team

Consular officer Gina Werth is putting her legal training to good use in preparing the Montenegro Law Faculty's four-person moot court team to participate in the 15th annual William C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration competition in Vienna, March 14-20, 2008. The team's faculty advisor is law professor Biljana Djuricin, a former Fulbright scholar, who is using her legal experience in the U.S. and Montenegro to guide her team through the competition. The competition requires students to write legal memoranda in English and participate in a series of oral arguments in English when in Vienna.
