U.S. Supports Training For Young Montenegrin Entrepreneurs

On January 26, U.S. Embassy Podgorica's Charge d' Affaires, Marsha Barnes, will participate in a ceremony to award certificates to the participants in the "Business Plan Competition" organized by the NGO "Youth Association Test," at the School of Economics, University of Montenegro in Podgorica.

The "Business Plan Competition" project is funded by the American people through the Embassy's Democracy Commission Small Grant Program. The Competition was organized in cooperation with the Agency for Development of Small and Medium Size Enterprises.  The project's aim was to develop student's entrepreneurial skills which they could use to establish their own businesses. All students of the School of Economics  were invited to submit proposals: 22 finalists were selected and trained to write a business plan.

Journalists interested in covering the event should be at the School of Economics, Mediterranean Hall, 2nd floor, no later than 20:45 on Friday, January 26.
