Memorandum of Understanding Signed in Pljevlja

Public Affairs Officer Alexander Titolo exchanged a Memorandum of Understanding with the President of Pljevlja Municipality Mr. Filip Vukovic on Tuesday, October 28, marking the beginning of cooperation on the opening of an American Corner in Pljevlja.  This will be the second American Corner in Montenegro.  The first, in Podgorica, has been open for five years.  The Corner will have books, magazines, CD and DVD collections, and other material about American values, culture, history and other themes.  It will also be the venue for forums in which Embassy visitors to Pljevlja can exchange their views and experiences with residents of Pljevlja and northern Montenegro.
