U.S. Promotes Student Exchange Program

On November 14, U.S. Embassy Podgorica's Chargé d'Affaires Arlene Ferrill will introduce FORECAST, the undegraduate student exchange program 2007-2008 at the American Corner, KIC "Budo Tomovic" in Podgorica.
The FORECAST Exchange Program (Focus on Results: Enhancing Capacity Across Sectors in Transition) is implemented by the U.S. NGO "World Learning" in cooperation with the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy in Podgorica. It is funded by the American people.
The implementers, Mary Frances Doyle and Snjezana Mijatovic, will present details of the program. Mary Frances Doyle is currently Country Director of World Learning’s FORECAST Program for Serbia and for Montenegro. She has been involved with educational and training programs for 35 years throughout the world. Snjezana Mijatovic is currently the Program Manager for the FORECAST Exchange Program. She has been working as a teacher, pedagogical adviser, and coordinator for professional development in Serbia for over ten years.
