The Montenegrin NGOs “Montenegro-U.S. Center for Improvement of Relations between the Montenegrin and the American People” from Podgorica; “Montenegro-U.S. Friendship Association” from Cetinje, and “Montenegro-U.S. (Alaska) Friendship Association Road House” from Bijelo Polje have established a "Montenegro - U.S. Friendship Association." Representatives of these NGOs, with support of the Consulate, signed the founding documents of the "Montenegro - U.S. Friendship Association" at the American Corner in Podgorica on July 28.

This new umbrella association will coordinate the work of the current organizations and improve their cooperation with other domestic and international institutions that share their goals.
The Montenegro-U.S. Friendship Association is open to new members and member organizations.
