U.S. Embassy Begins Visa Processing in Podgorica
On July 21, Montenegrin Foreign Minister Milan Rocen and U.S. Ambassador to Montenegro Roderick W. Moore will officially announce the start of U.S. visa application processing in Podgorica in a ceremony which will be held at the U.S. Embassy, Ljubljanska b.b.
The ceremony will mark the beginning of the processing U.S. visa applications for the first time in Montenegro’s history. Following the opening of the new Consular Section interview space, Minister Rocen and Ambassador Moore will address the media. The media will also have the opportunity to film an applicant, who will be participating in a U.S. Government-funded program in the United States, demonstrating the visa interview and finger scanning process.
